Order Confirmation and Payment
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing all the details, including your selected delivery day and time slot, the items ordered with their prices, and the estimated total order value. Once the store picks your order, your chosen payment method will be charged for the final amount, including any adjustments for substitutions or items charged by weight. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order is ready for collection or delivery, along with a list of the items picked and those out of stock. Finally, a final invoice email will be sent to you, providing an itemized receipt of your charges.

You can collect your order directly from your preferred Malhi’s Market store for in-store pickup.
Delivery Address and Method Changes
You can change your delivery address or method until your order is ready for pickup or delivery. Log into your account, go to “My Orders,” select the order you wish to change, and update your delivery preferences. Please note that changing the delivery method may result in losing your original timeslot and available specials. If you wish to retain your original order, avoid going through the checkout again and cancel your “Change my order” session.
Special Delivery Instructions
You can add notes during the checkout process if you have any special delivery instructions for your order. We strive to accommodate these instructions to ensure a satisfactory delivery experience.
Ordering and Delivery Hours
You can place your order through the Malhi’s Market Shop Online website 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our delivery and pickup hours are from 7 am to 7 pm.
Adding or Removing Items
You can add or remove items from your order until your local Malhi’s Market starts processing it. Remember that any modifications to your order may change the value, and your order will be resubmitted with the updated items and pricing. You will receive an Order Modification email confirming the changes to your order.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so through the Malhi’s Market Shop Online website until the store begins processing it. An email confirmation will be sent to you, and any pre-authorization placed on your payment method will be reversed within five business days. Please note that canceling the order after it starts processing may incur a cancellation fee and any costs associated with returning and disposing of perishable products.
Missing, Damaged, or Expired Products
If you receive an order with missing, damaged, or expired products, please refer to the final invoice to confirm your charges for the affected items. If you were not charged for out-of-stock products, they will be listed at zero cost at the bottom of your invoice.
